Wallingford Newborn Photographer | AJ’s Newborn Session
Baby AJ came into my Wallingford newborn photography studio last week, and his session was nothing short of amazing. At six weeks old, AJ was considered an “older” newborn, but he did absolutely incredible — proving that beautiful newborn photos can be captured beyond those first two weeks.

AJ made his arrival three weeks early, and it’s safe to say he couldn’t wait to meet his mom and dad. Watching new parents soak in those early days is one of my favorite parts of being a Connecticut newborn photographer, and AJ’s session was filled with so much love and connection.

When mom and I planned his newborn photo session, she chose a soft color palette of blues, tans, and greens — tones that photographed beautifully and complemented his sweet features perfectly. Each setup felt timeless, cozy, and classic, exactly what families look for in professional newborn photography.

This family is also big hockey fans, so we incorporated that passion into AJ’s newborn portraits. Mom brought the cutest Rangers-inspired outfit along with a knit hockey stick, skates, and puck. With a little creative styling, we created a hockey-themed newborn setup — and possibly captured a future goalie in the making!

AJ was an absolute rockstar throughout his entire session. I’m so grateful this sweet family trusted me to document such a special season in their lives. If you’re expecting and searching for a Wallingford CT newborn photographer, I’d love to help tell your baby’s story.
