Hello! Thank you taking the time to read the newest blog post from Christy Mitchell Photography. I am a newborn, children, family and senior photographer located in Wallingford, Connecticut. My studio is located in Wallingford, but its not uncommon for clients to travel from New York or Massachusetts for their newborn session. Newborn photography has always been my passion & love. There really is nothing sweeter than that new sweet baby ,with those tiny rolls and button nose. So who is ready to take a look at Miss Taylors newborn session? Christy Mitchell Photography offers three newborn sessions. The Petite Newborn Collection which offers 10 digitals , The Classic Newborn Collection which offers 25 digitals and The Signature Newborn Collection which offers all the digitals as well as a 16×20 gift print. Taylors mom selected the Classic Newborn Collection which was perfect for siblings and family photos as well.

Miss Taylor was amazing at her session, and as you can see such a little sweetie! Mom selected creams, pinks and grays for her session… We first started out with photos on the posing bag. Mom loved the froggy pose and if I say so myself, she was the perfect little frog. With the frog pose, it is a composite of 2 photos merged together and edited to create the final image. Not all babies will go into all the poses, but I was so happy that Taylor molded so nicely into it. Isn’t she the cutest little frog?

I love the photos on the posing bag. The sweet curled up poses are always favorites of mine in a session.

Pretty in pink. When you book your newborn session with Christy Mitchell Photography, you fill out a questionnaire of what colors, props, set ups that you would like. I have a gallery of all the backdrop colors that I have and if you have a favorite color that I don’t have, I will do my best to have your vision for your little one come to life!
